工业废水生物增效技术及系列药剂产品

污水中的污染物主要依靠菌胶团中的微生物降解将其去除,微生物需要营养来促进新陈代谢、生长和繁殖。但污水水质成分复杂,营养配比不协调,特别是难降解废水,水中的难降解物质对微生物具有一定的生物毒性。当污水环境营养不均一,水质毒性较大时,微生物细胞个体的新陈代谢会受到抑制,微生物种群活性下降,数量减少,导致生化系统的微生物生态圈遭到破坏,最终引发污水处理系统的运行问题,诸如:污泥解体、污泥膨胀、氨氮或COD去除率低等。

我单位通过研究难降解废水的水质特征,针对性的研发了微生物有机营养剂I、微生物有机营养剂V 、富活磷营养剂、高效生物增效剂 、活性污泥调理剂等系列产品,产品具备多种活性生物酶和生物促进剂,能快速刺激微生物的增长。针对于不同的污染水体投加不同的微生物有机营养剂,通过调节废水的营养结构来控制合适的菌落结构,提高劣质碳源利用率,建立营养平衡,有效改变微生物种群结构及活性、提高COD和氨氮的去除率。

目前,该技术和产品已在山东无棣新海工业园废水处理厂、兖矿鲁南化工净化水厂、淄博绿环水务有限公司等多家污水厂应用,提高了生化系统的水质水量的抗冲击性和稳定性,使得系统处理效率提高、出水水质达标。如山东无棣新海工业园废水处理厂采用我单位生产的微生物营养剂进行好氧系统的生物增效,增效后菌胶团凝聚性变好,微生物活性强,在进水COD500-750mg/L、NH3-N 70-100 mg/L的条件下,出水达到NH3-N≤1.0 mg/L,COD≤40 mg/L

本公司研发的生态磷营养剂是一种含有可溶性生物磷脂、磷酸盐、真菌多糖、核酸以及赖氨酸、丙氨酸、谷氨酸、天冬氨酸等多种天然氨基酸的复合物,以磷元素为主,并富含大量天然的C、N元素,同时含有酵母中提取的微生物生长促进剂,可促进污水微生物的快速增殖。

 

产品功效:

1、保护磷不与废水中的金属离子形成不能被微生物利用的不溶物

2、促进系统微生物的快速增殖,提高微生物对废水污染物的降解效率

3、减少因使用传统氮源、磷源,引起的管道、设备的腐蚀和结垢

4、降低出水磷含量,减少剩余污泥量

高效生物增效剂是针对难降解工业废水生化处理系统增效而设计的菌酶复合体系,集合生物酶祛毒解毒、功能微生物外源补充、高效微生物固定化等功能于一体,具有显著改善生化系统微生物的生存环境、大幅提升生化系统功能微生物的种群和数量、大幅提高废水中难降解污染物的传质速度和降解速率的功效,从而达到显著提升废水生化系统抗冲击能力,显著提高废水生化系统对难降解污染物的去除效率的目的。
